Property owners entering into management agreements with Book Your Lodge must comply with all terms outlined in their individual contract, including but not limited to commission structures, maintenance responsibilities, and compliance with local regulations in Germany and Dubai.

4. Booking & Payments

All bookings made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely via approved third-party gateways. Cancellations and refunds follow our published cancellation policy.

5. Intellectual Property
